With the Brazos Lofts going up on the auction block earlier this year and Bel Air Lofts just auctioning off the remainder of their condos, another community, Sage Condominiums, located on South Lamar, is slated to put its remaining 23 condos up for sale with 10 of those units selling absolute, with no minimums and no reserves.
The units for sale cover seven floor plans, each with two bedrooms and with either two or two and a half baths. Floor plans range from 1100 – 1700 square feet, which is considerable given these are condos.Buyers looking for a great “deal” should definitely look into the upcoming auction, but proceed with caution. As with any as-is properties, especially ones with mandatory HOAs, the future can bring uncertainty causing a few headaches along the way.
